Individual Appraisal System – Current Status
SARD currently does not provide an appraisal system for individuals and there are no immediate plans to introduce this service.
However, we recognise the potential value this type of system could offer to individuals outside of NHS trusts or designated bodies. We are open to exploring this possibility further in the future, based on the demand and feedback from our community.
